"Sure would be great if you can fix the ice machine. I’ve ordered a drink online twice now only to find the ice machine has been out of order when I walk in. Left the store both times without my drink. Please do better."
"Absolute trash. Being BIG fans of Panera, our family was caught off guard with the lack of cleanliness and friendliness. There were tons of unbussed tables and trash on the ground. Behind the counter was dirty and disorganized. The employees were visably not interested in helping and verbalized their disdain with their situation. So much that we decided to switch to ordering to-go! DO NOT ORDER TO-GO: They will charge you for a bowl (large) but give you a cup (medium) for the same price. I ordered 3 bread bowls for my kids and the cashier yelled to another employee whom yelled back they only had 1 so I picked which kid got one. The cashier then rang the other 2 up as cups (remember the size scam) without me knowing since I’d said “bread BOWL” … After arriving at our destination and my teenager looked down at his sip-size of soup I drove all the way back to ask what had happened. The cashier quickly pitched it to the manager who was quite unhelpful. She unashamedly discussed the cup-size-for-bowl-price-when-to-go. Never apologized. Zero kindness. Made me pay for the size descrepancy due to the cashier error. Definitely wasn’t going to spend another $10 but the $2 was acceptable (though it seems like an amount the management could absorb in the name of customer experience). I’d say the $2 was because they run a tight ship but the trash and cookie crumbles everywhere proves otherwise. Panara is amazing. THIS Panera is trash."
