"First time to this location. Had an iced latte and it was good. The dining area was bigger than other locations we've been to and it had nice atmosphere. The service was friendly. I knew their specialty donut holes (Timbits) but I didn't know they had some seasonal donuts, so I wanna come back before Easter."
"UPDATE: Staff at this location are always so professional and friendly. Just look at this donut box that the staff put together for our most recent visit!! Great convenient location, great coffee and breakfast items and friendly service all in one place. Consistently great hot coffee, smooth and rich. Unique breakfast items and fun donuts that are delicious too. Try the Scrambled Egg Pastries, they are so different than any other restaurant offering. We have visited all the Houston area locations and this always comes up as our favorite. Julia is always smiling, friendly and professional. It is like being in a Tim Horton's commercial when you are helped by her. I just love seeing her friendly face when I come for my XL Timmy's."
"So glad I stopped in for a tasty sausage, egg and cheese English muffin. Their meat is slightly sweeter than I’m used to but very good. The hash brown was crunchy and good too. TH competes with DD and not as much with McD’s for those of you that don’t know. This is the first time I have been to a Tim Hortons after a visit it Canada years ago! It was very similar which is great to see. The service was very good and everyone was smiling the whole time. Very clean as well!"
"First time at a Tim Hortons and have no complaints. Tried the Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew with Cold Foam and a Spinach Feta pastry. The cold brew tasted mostly of sugar, not much coffee, not really my thing, but see why people would like it. The spinach feta scrambler was good as well, very light. Perfect place for on the go foods. Staff were nice and service was quick."
"Rain pattered against the windows, blurring the neon glow of the new Tim Hortons sign on Northwest Freeway. But inside, steam from freshly brewed coffee painted the air with warmth, and the aroma of glazed donuts hung like a sweet promise. It was like stepping into a Canadian wonderland, a welcome escape from the gloomy Houston Saturday. Excitement bubbled in my chest. This Tim Hortons was brand new, a beacon of maple goodness in our donut-deprived corner of the city. I'd been craving their signature hot original blend for weeks, that perfect balance of smooth and bold that warms you from the inside out. And let's not forget the donuts – those fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth circles of heaven, dusted with sugar and glazed to glistening perfection. The staff, as friendly as a Texas drawl, greeted me like a long-lost friend. They took my order with genuine smiles, their enthusiasm mirroring my own. As I waited, I couldn't help but admire the cheerful decor, the red and white pops of color, a stark contrast to the dreary weather outside. Finally, the magic arrived. A steaming cup of coffee, its dark depths promising warmth and comfort. The first sip was pure heaven – rich, complex, and smooth as silk. It chased away the chill of the rain and the grayness of the day. And then, the donut. A glazed masterpiece, light and airy, the sugar sparkling like tiny diamonds. Each bite was a symphony of textures and tastes, pure sugary bliss. With each sip and bite, the rain outside faded into background noise. Tim Hortons became my own little sunshine, a haven of Canadian hospitality and deliciousness. It was a reminder that even on the gloomiest days, a simple coffee and donut run could be an extraordinary experience. So, Tim Hortons on Northwest Freeway, you did more than just satisfy a craving. You brightened my day, warmed my soul, and reminded me that joy can be found in the smallest things, shared with the friendliest faces. Thank you for being the bright side of a cloudy Saturday. I'll definitely be back, rain or shine, for another dose of your magic. Keep it up, and I'll keep coming back for that taste of Canada in the heart of Houston."
