Domino's Pizza

"I placed an order to picked up a medium Vegetable pizza. after receiving my order, the following toppings was lacking (6ea. leafe of spinach, very small quantity of onions and mushrooms). The Cheese was overbearing (enough to spread on another medium pizza pie. False representation and untrustworthy employees' person that prepare the vegetable pizza. To whom it may concerned 'Stay away or you shall be ripped off'."

"I wouldn’t order delivery from here. They were too understaffed to pick up the phone, so I had to drive in TWICE to try to figure out what was going wrong with my order. It was finally “delivered” 1) over an hour late 2) to the wrong house, 2) stone cold, and 4) wasn’t even what we had ordered. We would have saved considerable time AND effort to just make one quick trip to H‑E‑B, for one of their take-and-bake pizzas."

"I’ve had mixed takeout and delivery experiences from this Dominos but this was the last straw. Take a look at this Philly sandwich I ordered. I hadn’t taken one bite. There is barely anything on it!! And the veggies were basically raw. I wish I could order from my other local one but the website won’t let me. This was a ridiculous excuse for a meal."

"I have never written a review before however there have been multiple times when I ordered and I have experienced a severe delay. Online will say my order is ready however to my surprise when I get to the store I have a long 30-minute wait on top of certain service members being rude. If you come here don't expect timely pizza or good customer service."

"So I placed a pick up order about a little over a month ago. I called in because both medium pizzas was caked horribly with barbecue sauce. I called in immediately to report it and was told my credit would be applied to my account. However today I called in and spoke with a John Castillo and explained to him about the remake. He was extremely rude and advised me they keep order history for over 10 years which I know that completely incorrect. However he ask me my address I said it was a carry out. He starts screaming because I refused to give him my address. John than hangs up in my face and because I live in the area & order from the even now and again I drove to their location. I asked for the general manager number he said he’s the GM, I than asked him who’s over him he said no one in which again I know was a lie. He refused to give me additional information. And not to mention John was making a number of pizzas no gloves on just with his bare hands. Which is disgusting. If this is the GM of this location he need to be re trained on food handling as well as customer service. I will definitely get down to the bottom of this until I reach the proper chain of command. John I hope you read this review you do not represent Dominions well and please WEAR gloves that’s contamination using your bare hands while making food for someone. I am a food truck owner and I would never use my bare hands to touch my customers food."
