"Gabriela the manager has a piss poor attitude. Claims to be busy by walking back and forth not acknowledging customers. They won't take an order, basically force you to order from the kiosk by ignoring you until you go to the kiosk or walk out which is what happened in front of me. Please don't waste your time at this particular McDonald's."

"Now at this location it is one of those type of franchises where you get the absolute worst food back. But you just keep coming because it’s close to your house. I have never received great food back from this location. The food is forever cold and taste rewarded. But this meal was $12.00 and the economy is way too bad to waste my money on something with such poor quality and service. I am 6 months pregnant and of course this made me cry because this experience is constant. I came august 20,2023 ordered at 10:45 pm. Idk who works in this area but they need to be fired absolutely. Regardless a job is shift to shift just because you close in 15 that doesn’t mean lag and represent McDonald’s so poorly because it’s very hard to get a job. And trust someone would gladly take your spot! I know you guys aren’t chic fil a but damn y’all didn’t have to throw the burger together like this. And then not even make it how I asked and forgot the cheese and mustard. I think the manager needs to over look his or her team because they reflect you and you can be replaced as well. I would like to be accommodated in some way."
