"Service is garbage, improvement needed a management team that help improve their customer service and th basic skills to take orders, repeat orders, double check orders and hand people their receipt. Food was stale, nothing fresh, and they forgot some items. I will probably reach out to the health inspection team"

"After having a very bad experience with a KFC in western center, we made an order in this store. And guess what, it took them sometime before somebody to come out. My husband needed to yell before someone came out. Crew were playing with a baby. The good thing here is they checked our order in the computer before releasing the food unlike in western center they let people to get food without checking if it is the right person"

"Every time I come here the food is different!!! Do they not follow recipes for their food!?? My pot pies are always different, sometimes dry and sometimes too darn salty! This time there was nothing but chicken… no peas nor carrots, nothing else! The employees are nice, but seem so lost sometimes. I might as well have gotten fried chicken and biscuits. Just wish they stayed consistent!!!! I’ll have to start going to a further location."

"Went through the driver through and the lady that took my order was very rude and wasn’t listening at all. It was like she didn’t know what she was doing. I get to the window and asked for my order to be read back to me and they made it seem like it was an issue with them. They read it back to me and it wasn’t right, I tell them again what I wanted. They didn’t tell me how much it was nor did they give me a receipt. I had to go to my bank account to see how much it was and it was almost $40. Which is outrageous especially since I got an 8 piece family meal which is $26.99. They hand me my food, I look in the bag and it’s not the stuff I ordered. I waited at the window and they all just stood around staring and the lady that took my order kept looking as well. I wave motioning her to come over to the window she just walked off, and then I sat there longer and just waited. She eventually came back to the window but she was very disrespectful, and her attitude was TERRIBLE. I told her my food was wrong and was wondering why it almost cost $40. And she asked what I wanted even though I told her 3 times what I wanted. I also got other food I didn’t order, and she was very annoyed when I handed it to her. She started yelling and all after she shut the window and she eventually came back and aggressively handed me the bag. Then I asked her why it was almost $40 and she said that’s the price, I was like how when it says it’s 26.99 for the family meal? I asked for a receipt she said the system was down and couldn’t give me one, and if I had an issue with it go online and see the price and then was like if you have a problem come back tomorrow and then shut the window. I am very upset with how my visit with this KFC was, I don’t understand why it’s so hard to just be nice and do your job correctly. It’s not that hard and they need to do better! I won’t be going back, and honestly I wouldn’t recommend people to go there."
