"Of all the Starbucks locations that I have been too this is the worst off ALL.. poor customer service"

"Inconsistent. Had a big sign up that they were having a $5 Friday deal....so I show up on Friday and they say they're not honoring the deal....ok. Told me it would be next week, came back next week and they had it....ok great. Then I went back today (Friday) and the counter girl told me that they had it during the week, not Friday like posted. Just a hot mess all around"

"Inconsistent experiences depending on who is behind the counter. They’ll tell me different things too, like that they’re out of one of the seasonal flavors and won’t get any more. However, when I went back a couple weeks later I was told by someone else that they did have the flavor and she had no idea why I was told otherwise. Some baristas will take reusable cups and some won’t. I would enjoy coming here more if everyone was on the same page. This Starbucks is conveniently located relative to where I live, but I do often go out of my way to go to one further away that I like better."

"Guadalupe is the BEST to ever do it! She never disappoints. I come here everyday. Anytime I want something she know just what I want and make it to perfection. Anytime she's not here it's upsetting bc nobody really makes the best drinks like she does. I love it. Thank you girl!! For keeping your customers satisfied"

"Horrible Service with an attitude. Came in to order a dark roast coffee, Carrie tells me they don't have dark roast coffee at this time. I ask him to brew a single coffee. He pretty much gave me a dirty, took the money and walked away for 15 minutes. They were not busy another lady came in and ask what I ordered ?and she found everything just laying there on the table nobody making it. So I ask for a manager, I was surprise when Carrie was a manager. Carrie buddy.. if you don't like your job, don't give people attitude and just go get yourself another job this is not your Starbucks."
