"Worst customer service ever. Orders don't get delivered because they never have drivers. Rude woman at the store told me to use Uber Eats or Doordash. Thanks for that info. I'll definitely inform all the customers at my property NOT to order from Jimmy John's if they actually want to get food!"

"This place has gone downhill fast. I go in there today and met with no communication. Stood there for a few minutes? No one helped me. They looked at me while I was there. A car pulled up at the drive through. They went to help them first I will never go to this location again. Customer service is none existent What's even greater is I work at.the company they hire to do secret shoppers!"
