"My family and I were craving Japanese, so we decided to come give it a try. My oldest and I love Sushi, my wife and 2 younger love hibachi. Highly recommend! The flavors were wonderful, sushi was incredibly fresh. Staff was very attentive and welcoming. Great selection, everyone left full and happy. Will definitely come here again. Update: Returned here again while visiting. It's been about a year since the last visit. Staff is still very attentive and friendly. Food was just as good this visit as it was the last. Whenever we come to town we will always make a trip here to enjoy the staff hospitality and the amazing food."

"Tried this place as a friend gave me a gift card for my birthday only for them to charge my card the full amount and refuse my gift card instead, refused a refund as well when trying to return it. Get home to try it after they REFUSED REFUND only to find the sushi falling apart and the fried wontons burned. Can’t even grab a whole piece without it crumbling apart"

"The food was absolutely delicious. It came out fast fresh and beautiful presentations. Our server Fiola was so sweet and provided excellent service. There was also another you man who helped as well but I did not catch his name but he was also great. If you love hibachi then I highly recommend this place! You won't be disappointed. TRY BOTH THE FORT WORTH ROLL & GYOZAS YOU WONT REGRET IT Also, there's a dice game right now. If you spend more than 50 you get to roll the dice and get a prize: a discount, free starter, side dish and so forth."

"I really wanted to give this place a chance. It was our first time here. We wanted to sit and have a nice experience but the staff is incredibly rude and impatient. The hostess was rude and cold. Didn't ask us where we would like to be seated just assigned a seat right away. Didn't even ask us what we would like to drink. We understand that the place closes at 2:30 pm. We got there at 1:00pm and had questions about the menu. The waitress was incredibly short with us. We told her it was our first time here and she just walked away rolling her eyes. Like okay well I guess screw people that never been there before. They treated the other tables with better service than ours. Too bad the waitress missed out on a fat tip for New Year's I mean if you have a sour attitude because you have to work on New Year's Day then don't come to work. The staff needs to practice customer service better. You're not the only Japanese restaurant in Fort Worth."

"Since AYCE is only applicable during the week and not on weekends, you should confirm before arriving. My experience at Takara was unprofessional, and the owner of the company should take the blame for inadequate staff training rather than the waiter. If you want your firm to expand, you must provide hosts and service personnel with further training."
