"This used to be one of my favorite places, it was my go to. It’s sad how run down it has become. There is garbage all over the property, lawn is over grown. The drive thru menu has missing panels, drive thru window is dirty and has tape all over it, another window is shattered. When I got my order, the tomato had a rotten taste. I decided not eat. I was afraid of getting sick. I waisted my money. I will not go back. You have to check your order, because they leave things out on purpose when they run out, and don’t tell you, but they still charge you for it."

"I arrived at this location at 8:00pm and placed my order at 8:01. When ordering the rotisserie half chicken I was told that there weren’t anymore. The employee working the window paused to go and check and then corrected his original statement and stated they did in fact have some rotisserie chicken. I was ecstatic to complete my order. After driving to the window I was flabbergasted to learn prices had gone up! Nevertheless I paid for my food and proceeded home to enjoy my what I thought was going to be a delicious meal. After opening my plastic bag to remove my to-go items, I realized there wasn’t any cornbread!! Then after tasting the COLD food I discovered, the chicken was moister less, bone dry, dehydrated, all the above! I feel very disrespected for spending my hard earned to be rewarded with slap in the face. Do not recommend. Would not recommend."

"The whole meal was absolute trash! Our company ordered a few plates and none of them were even "ok"! For the price we were expecting a great meal but we were wrong! It was cold! They didn't have the rotisserie chicken nuggets so I chose Shredded rotisserie chicken and got an unseasoned boiled chicken breast. All the sauce and gravy was terrible! The chicken noodle soup tasted like sink water. Not sure what the meat loaf was made of??! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!"

"As the world around us has changed...one thing always remained constant. That was the taste of Boston Market's Mac and Cheese and their cornbread. Literally since i was a baby back in 1995, I have nothing but fond memories of this place with my mother. Always looking forward to the Mac and Cheese. My last few visits have been few and have been unsatisfactory, as far as the food goes. My go-to in recent years used to be the grilled chicken sandwich, but the last time I had it, the chicken was spoiled and I haven't ordered a meal since. Today, I tried the Mac and Cheese and it was also rotten. I have never had a problem with the staff and they were nothing but apologetic about the situation. It legitimately saddens me to see the place in such a state of disrepair. I would like to remember the good times I've had here over the years and will not return purely based on principle."

"Tonight was by far the most awful food I’ve experienced from here the chicken stiff, sweet potato casserole was like mashed potatoes the cornbread was crumbled up in the bag. As food professionals you shouldnt serve things to ppl you wouldnt eat yourselves. $26 in the trash….."
