"I arrived at the drive thru at the S Hulen location on 1/1 at 2:47am, only ro find the employee in his Challenger, perhaps warming up his car? He proceeded to go in the store, but certainly not to serve me. No I was completely ignored even tho they didn't close for another 13 min. Even when I finally pulled up to the window - the gentleman saw me but didn't acknowledge me at all, not even to say "sorry, I closed early". No he just continued closing the store, turning off li6ghts, etc. Look, I get that it was the end of the night9d close to closing time... but if your hours state you're open until 3am, then it's expected that you should still be serving customers at 2:47am - in fact, I don't know of any employers who'd be cool with an employee closing their place of business early. "I tried to go through drive through and I had to transfer money to pay. It was going to take about two minutes, and they made me leave. I then went inside to order, they weren’t friendly. I got my food and went home. The Crunchwrap I got were both falling apart because they weren’t made right. Don’t eat here."

"Ordered tacobell though uber eats when the driver arrives to drop off the order he hands me a small bag I asked for the rest of my order however he stated that was the only bag given to him so I proceeded to call tacobell to see what was the issue I was told they'd remake the order the uber driver said he'd pick up the rest and drop it off so we were gonna eat what had been dropped off however what I found was a cold bean burrito the tortilla was so cold it was literally braking to pieces and the nachos were very soggy and not to mention when the family pack taco box got there the tacos were cold soggy braking apart manager refused to make this right when I called her to address the issue I'd never eat at that location again"
