"I rarely go to this location because I have had a few minor not so good experiences here before, but today we visited this location. 2 out of the 5 drinks were made correct and how they should taste. My drink was only filled 3/4 of the way which never happens anywhere else. When I brought this to their attention the lady had the audacity to tell me that , this is the way this drink is always made. I order this drink else where at least twice a week and never does it not get filled to the top. I didn't ask for light ice or anything like that and most definitely it was missing a few of the espresso shots. I can definitely tell, the drink was so light and I can tell taste wise, can't fool me, I'm an avid caffeine drinker and I can tell the difference,the other 2 frappes were made and did not taste as they should. I most definitely now remember as to why I avoided this location, this is the issues I have experienced other times and I never have complained. But this time I wasn't just ordering for myself I was ordering for my entire family. Staff needs better training. It doesn't matter how busy they are drinks should be made correctly"

"Went to get my usual and the cafe was closed. I ordered through the app and was told to go through the drive through. I didn’t have enough time to go through the drive through. There was a long line. Next time I will just go with my gut and order from the Kroger location. I had to purchase 2 just to get 1 and I’m not even sure how to get a refund or credit on my app for this drink order"

"This place is so dirty... I haven't been to this location in several months, and so i ordered online. I usually go to the small coffee shops around whatever town i am in. Walked in and went straight to wash my hands in their restroom ( had been to a couple other stores and just felt the need to wash my hands) GROSS!!!!!! Both bathrooms were disgusting.. I felt so disgusted, I quickly washed my hands and left. Trash pieces were left throughout the actual store (inside). I mean no pride in your job. This is not the way any store should be much less a place were food and drinks are served!! For the price of my Starbuck drinks.... I'd rather go to a small business and spent my money there."
