"I am really sad to see the quality drop so quickly at this Chipotle. I was going to this one specifically because they have always done such a great job with online orders. The last several times that I have ordered form here, my burrito got smaller and smaller. And I got the same result with burrito bowls. I was shocked with my last order, when my burrito was about the same size as a competitor's side-item, fast food burrito that costs several dollars less. Easily less than half the size of the burritos from just a few months ago from this Chipotle. Definitely not a full meal. I will say that there are a couple of employees that are delivering consistent results, at the quality that I am used to from this Chipotle. However, I never know when they are working and I am tired of getting a sub-standard order. It seems to be happening every time now. I have been ordering here multiple times a week for a long time now and I do not look forward to finding a replacement for Chipotle. But I can no longer justify the cost. I guess another one bites the dust. You will be missed Chipotle!!"

"My husband and I ordered Chipotle to go. One of our bowls had multiple mistakes, one of which was adding the hottest sauce to the entire bowl making it impossible for my daughter and I to eat it due to how spicy it was. With how expensive Chipotle is now I would expect to at least have my order come out correctly. The sticker on the bowl even showed the correct order despite the ingredients actually in the bowl."

"Very disappointed I was given someone else’s order. I didn’t get a chance to eat until about an hour later when it was too late to turn back around. Sucks the most because I was planning to eat on my meal for at least two days if not 3. Incredibly inconvenient !!"

"I haven't been to Chipotle in a while. Wanted to try the carne asada for lunch. There was trash overflowing and blowing all over the patio and parking lot, tables not bussed. Had to ask an employee to empty the trash after picking up napkins blowing by. They just took it inside and left it and cleaned nothing. There was about 5 employees about 7 customers. It was gross. I won't be back. *I responded to your response. Went online, and then I had to call the store. I told her I was responding to their reply. I got the same girl from the other day who didn't care about the trashiness. I asked for Fia and she said no one there by that name. I asked who the owner was, and she said Christian, and me. No name given just attitude! You can keep the$ 27 for a dismal bowl and burrito. As I said before, I won't be back. If that's how you treat and take care of patrons, I'll take my business elsewhere!!!"

"First time leaving a Chipotle google review. I am hoping management is taking care of things after reading some reviews, because my experience was great. Staff was friendly and polite, I was greeted by a nice girl and the cashier was even nicer, portions were good, restaurant was clean, food looked fresh and tasted really good. First time in any chipotle locations I’ve been that I get my steak well cooked without the raw flavor. Keep up the good work! I was very satisfied. Thank you!"
