After I placed my order, I chatted with a different customer service rep from MVP to ask what to expect on shipping time and he told me this was a "special order" item and it would take 6-12 weeks to arrive to me. I was NEVER told this before placing my order and their website doesn't have this item labeled as a "special order" item or anything of super slow shipping time. I need someone to email or call me back ASAP because this is very frustrating as I would of never placed my order to begin with had I been told it would take months to get a battery?!! UPDATE - Since NO ONE will answer the phone as this pitiful company I am having to add to my review. How can you be "Open" but no one ever answers the phone, returns a call from a voicemail or replies to multiple emails. I want to cancel my order and I will NEVER give this company another dime! BEWARE! STAY AWAY!"
