"At this location the customer is not acknowledged at all. When you get to the window to pay they state how much you owe. You pay and handed back your change or credit card. No thank you. At the window to get your food they hand you your food and shut the window. Never a thank you or anything. I have been going to this McDonald's for years now. Nothing ever changes."
"I was eating breakfast at this location today and I got up to leave and I accidentally spilled my coffee on the table and seat, which was completely my fault. I told the lady at the front counter about what happened and apologized for making a mess. I asked if I could order another coffee and I was willing to pay for it. She was very polite and kind to me and said I didn't have to and gave me a new coffee free of charge. I was pleasantly surprised with the great customer service and said thank you. I will definitely be back to this location to support them."
"I live very close to this specific McDonald’s and since I’m a grandpa, I love to take my grandchildren here for them to play. I come very early in the morning because their coffee is excellent and very affordable. The playground is very clean and great for the kids, it’s always empty so the kids really enjoy it."
