"I've decided to go to this location from now on. Everyone was super friendly (the other location I went to acted like they didn't want to help me) and It didn't take long at all to get my oil changed."

"Lazy + pathetic attitude by everyone in the entire staff. Told me they couldn’t rotate my tires basically because they needed to be rotated. Tried quoting me with the rotation still included, it didn’t end up mattering because I got a call and they said they wouldn’t change my oil either because “your car is making a weird sound, you should take it to the last place you got the oil changed”. What the morons didn’t realize is that the last place I went to was them. Also worth mentioning, the endgine was making that sound bc it needed an oil change"

"Terrible workers with attitudes. The old lady at the counter starts shaking her head no before I even say anything. No professionalism. Every time I've come here there's been some sort of problem."

"Walmart automotive center in Hudson Oaks lied to me and tried to encourage me to buy new tires when nothing was needed. I had a flat and when they took it off they showed me a tire with a razor blade in it and told me all four had to be replaced because it was an all-wheel-drive vehicle. I didn’t believe them so I took the tire home and once I got there it was not able to find the damage that they showed me while I was at their location. The next morning I took the tire to Texas tire sales and there was a small nail in it it was easily repairable, they did it for free. I would suggest never using Walmart automotive."

"Do not come here. They lie. They are rude. They are so slow! Something that should take just a few minutes like putting air in your tires took an hour. This place is ridiculous. Zero stars if I could. I just had my tires replaced a week ago and already have low pressure. Not a good sign at all."
