"My husband and I ate at the grill inside of the cafe today. The hamburger was horrible. My husband asked for lettuce and tomato he didn't get either. I ordered the grilled cheese I asked for extra cheese. I didn't get my request. The tall light skinned lady that was cooking attitude was very unpleasant. That is not the first time. Every time I go there an she is cooking her attitude is bad. No matter how nice you try to be to her. All of Her responses to questions and orders are so ugly you hate to go there. My husband has been in St. Luke's for a month and I eat there sometimes twice a day but today was the straw that broke the camels back. I will not eat there again. Not for that kind of service. It seems like she doesn't want to be there."

"Can the manager of this facility do a better job of supporting the hospital staff and families looking to have a meal? It's 7:20 and it's open, but the workers have put up all the food. I know the workers are rushing to go home. Trust me, most of us here want to go home too. Maybe you all should just advertise closing at 7. Don't waste your time here or walking to it."
