"Gummiest donuts I've ever had were pretty gross. The lady let me walk out without my kolachi. When I went back in to get it she pointed to the other window like I'm supposed to know she handed it off to the other side so they could heat it up and I have to pick it up at a different counter."

"The manager of this place is very unprofessional- The sausage egg, and cheese is for 3.00 dollars with a coffee purchase . If you buy the egg and cheese by itself it is 5 dollars. So I asked her to give me the sausage on the side, she left the sausage on the sandwich, where I asked her I did not want the sausage on the sandwich, so she went in the back , later brought me the same sandwich with sausage taken out. I was busy that day, so I couldn’t come back, later when I came back I remembered her, she was rude - Saying it is a favor I took out the sausage last time , we won’t do it again. I wound come back ever to this location"

"I come here at least 1-3 times a week, and I spend about $3-25 dollars for coffee/food. The inconsistencies in my coffee orders are all over the place. I paid $25 dollars for 4 iced coffee drinks all the same flavor, and each one tasted different. Cool, today 10/12/23 I get 2 coffee drinks, coffee is good but the person in drive thru is VERY rude. She didn’t say hello, thank you, nothing. This is the closest Dunkin’ from my house, but will drive farther from now on."

"Ordered the ice spice munchkin drink, it tasted horrible, like it wasn’t made right. Horrible flavor. I asked if I could switch it for another drink , they said no. Wouldn’t even let me pay the difference in cost. Don’t come here. I’ll just stick to Starbucks and Dutch bro’s much better service. Employees responses were “I don’t think so, I’m Not sure” . Donuts were very cold and it’s still morning time."
