"If you're going for lunch don't bother ordering online. For starters there is nowhere convenient to wait for your order in store. Spent 30 minutes standing in front of the exit because of the little room. All in all it took 45 minutes to prepare a skinny sandwich that took 5 minutes to eat. I could have driven home and made a sandwich my way cheaper and faster. You're almost always better off ordering in store since it seems like they prioritize in person customers."

"I ordered for delivery on Tues 11/14 and received a time of 12:05. At 12:40 I called snd was told it was waiting on door dash, even though I hadn't ordered through door dash. Was told they didn't know if it would even be picked up or delivered. At this point, it was to late for me to get food since I had meetings from 1 to 3. I was offered a refund option and I accepted since tgis was almost $24.00. Still never received the food. I received a call on Thursday from Brandon asking if I had received the refund. I advised I had not. He said there was a problem processing it. He attempted again and said I should have it that afternoon or the next morning. 4 days later...no refund."

"I came here because it was suggested it was great! I had the Mediterranean sandwich. Staff was friendly and the place was clean and it was cozy. I liked sitting at the window to enjoy my sandwich and cream soda."

"We decided on Potbelly's for lunch for our "What Do You Do Here" Survey lunch and learn presentation, first of all everyone was very pleased with the sandwiches, they were a BIG hit, sandwiches were eaten before meeting even got started LOL!! I personally was not excited to have to drive to the Throckmorton location as I have never ordered from there before (due to parking). When I arrived about 15 minutes early I parked right away, walked in & was greeted, I was asked if I was picking up which I was, right away I was handed a bag with plates, napkins, etc.. I mentioned I was early to they guy who helped me out, but they had my order already ready to go, he took the four boxes to my car, very helpful. I will definitely start ordering from this location going forward."
