"I’ve been a customer for many years because I love their drinks. I always get the same base, but alternate added flavors occasionally. I wanted to cash in my “free” drink that I earned from my punch card. First of all, if you want to add flavor or boba, it’s not “free”. The card doesn’t mention there’s a charge for these items. Secondly, if there’s a mistake on your order because they didn’t hear you correctly, they will not remake your drink without you paying for another. I’m a regular customer and they know what I typically order. They didn’t bother to stop and see something wasn’t right when they made my drink. I got stuck with a “free” drink that I payed extra for and it wasn’t even what I wanted!! They didn’t care to fix it unless I bought another. If this is how me, as a regular customer, gets treated…I WILL NOT give them another penny! So sad their customer service and hospitality is horrible because everything else there is perfect."

"I was on the hunt for boba since it’s been hard to find a place that makes great boba, I usually get the “brown sugar boba” first time I had it, it was good enough for me to go back. Second time I went back I ordered the same thing but there was no brown sugar. I went and spoke to the women behind the counter and they told me they measured what’s suppose to be measured. And I’m showing them that as you can see the drink didnt even change color. No type of offering to redo my drink or atleast offer to add more brown sugar ."

"I visited this place while my mom was getting dinner at the Pho place next door but, I highly recommend this boba place. The atmosphere was nice and felt homey the only downside is I wish the workers were friendly and welcoming. I will be returning though."

"Horrible service, They only have one size, too much for my kids so I asked for an empty glass so I can split it for my kids. The lady at the cashier ( short black hair with glasses) Said we dont have any. So I said you dont have any glasses and she said no. They then proceeded to split the next person's order in 2 small glasses for 1.25 extra I just shook my head and walked away. There whole business revolves around drinks. I would have given lower then one star if possible you cant lie to customers to their face"

"The Thai Tea I ordered was one of the best I've tried, taste-wise (I just wish they put a bit more tapioca). The employees were pleasant. Dining area is clean and AC is good, which makes it nice to sit and enjoy your drink and maybe some board games - they have a cabinet full of them. You can pay with cash or credit card (I just wish they gave out receipts). They don't ask for your phone number, but they give out a punch card instead to earn a free drink."
