"If you like to sit around and have your time wasted come here. This is the third time I get a oil change here with an appointment and they still take 2-3 hours !!! I though maybe I just caught them at busy day,,, no they are just slow. You will turn gray here while waiting . Be prepared to interrupt service advisors conversations … “excuse me “ I have an appointment so they pay attention to you. Only reason I come back is because they send me coupons for $40 oil change but it seems it no longer worth it. They also want to charge $40 for tire rotations when most tire shops do it for free. Nice waiting area with phone chargers… they are needed since you will drain your battery while your waiting hours for your car to be serviced."
"I had always been a happy client without any issues. In the past I’ve only serviced my vehicles for oil changes and tire rotations but with a recent auto purchase I am in need or auto repair. I initially took my vehicle in January with tech Justin. Left my car about a week and paid the diagnostic fee. The parts needed are covered by warranty and I’ve been getting the run around since then about back ordered parts and so on. No update lately. I’ve left a voicemail to the manager without a call back or resolution. Just seems I just don’t want to be helped. We are going into August now and my vehicle still hasn’t been repaired. Worst service ever."
