"If only I could give it no stars!!! This specific Taco Bell is very sorry! They will always and will never forget to mess up your food!!! The presentation of the food they give you is just as ugly as their attitude and their service. It is ran by children who don’t deserve to be in the food industry and will laugh in your face once you make a complaint. Not to mention, “the manger” has no professional manners at all and will be very rude to you. No respect at all for any of them or this location!! 0/10 DON’T RECOMMEND unless you trying to waste your time and money. Sucks for those who live close to this location but now have to drive a little further to a different location just to get that professionalism a business should have and great service along with great food presentation."

"This Taco Bell specifically has the worst customer service and they never make your food correctly. They have all young kids running it and an inexperienced manager. This store is a franchise store so that’s probably why they act the way they act! It’s absolutely ridiculous for people to spend money here and have the order made wrong every single time. And when you complain they laugh and giggle like it’s not an issue to them. I’m sorry but this is not how you should run a business. Whoever owns this franchise need to replace the whole staff!!!! We will never go back again! And if I do it’s going to be at a corporate location."

"I've traveled all around the country numerous times and this is probably the nicest Taco Bell I've been to. Yes, the food does take a little longer, but these guys were stacked with delivery orders, drive through, and inside... I get it! Not to mention, the staff are always extremely friendly. Bailey is usually at the window, and she's a sweetheart! Today I actually went inside - super clean, no one was just standing around, management really seemed to be involved and not just sitting in the back somewhere. There's a taco bell literally 2 minutes from my house, but I'd rather drive to this one. Yall are great, keep it up!"

"This Taco Bell used to be pretty good, but the last two times I’ve gone here they’ve been so bad. The most recent time, I ordered through the Taco Bell app and the staff told the driver that my drink “wasn’t on the order”, never gave it to her, and when it arrives the drink was clearly on the receipt. My black bean chalupas had like 10 beans in them, it was pretty much an empty shell. Really depressing and I don’t recommend spending your money here."
