"The food here is always good and the customer service is even better! Unfortunately my bowl was missing a few items and when I called the managers they were so understanding and replaced my meal with no issues. Good customer service is hard to come by these days and so thankful they took care of me. Will be coming back"

"First time for us and the monster burrito! Staff was on it and made the experience great! Only knock was the dine in tables could have been cleaned better. A lot of em were dirty at the time of our visit. Other than that, we will be back!"

"Average is about the best compliment I can give it. And that pains me because I grew up eating Freebirds when it was a much smaller company, so I have a lifelong love of it. We went recently for Kids Eat Free - only to find out there's no kid's burrito anymore. At a burrito place. What did the kids want? A burrito of course, so our kids were no longer eating free. This could have been overcome by great tasting food, but it was somewhat bland and underwhelming. The staff was middle-of-the road...not overtly friendly, but certainly not rude either. They were just kind of there. No one in my family seemed to notice, but while we were sitting in the rear of the restaurant I would occasionally get hit by a waft of odor that smelled like a plumbing issue to me. Certainly not an appetizing smell... The queso was delicious at least."

"I have picked up here for deliveries and I’m also a customer. About 98% of the time the employees are welcoming and quickly help to serve their customers. The other 2% is when I wait for the estimated time of pick-up before I go in and the employees are just standing there talking because it’s slow. Which that’s fine if they don’t have any delivery orders to prep. But there have been times where I provide a pre-paid customers name and they look for the printed order, turnaround and say to me, “we’re still working on it”, just for them to proceed and start prepping the order they didn’t know they had. This is not a frequent issue, but it does happen. As a customer, the food has always been really good and will continue to be a customer."

"On my way to work what's headed to Jason's deli when I pulled in the parking lot I saw free birds and so I decided to go in there and stay at maybe I could get them cheaper meal just to steal but cheaper. I ordered the free birds chicken burrito for $8.19 added extra meat and somehow the price jump from $13.48. So the total was $15.97 and then they had two sales taxes, one for the state of Texas and one for the city of fort Worth and I'm just looking at the fact that I've paid $17.29 for a freaking burrito and a brownie. But I do know that the scoops they were using to scoop the food on the burrito where pretty damn small I was a little shocked by that but I will edit my posts after I eat the food take some pictures to show you what it looks. The tortilla was a cayenne pepper maybe it'll be hot, I got double chicken corn, some mild salsa and then put some jalapeno ranch dressing on it with rice, potatoes on it too so didn't have a lot of choices not like Chipotle has or some other burrito places have better choices."
