"If I could give ZERO stars I would. I placed an order via the app at 10:32 am. And NO, I wasn't ordering breakfast. I had to call into the restaurant to check on my order. Makes NO sense to me. Jordan answered the phone explaining they are trying to catch up on breakfast orders. Those order have absolutely NOTHING to do with me placing my order. I will not patronize this location AGAIN."

"Theresa is a shift lead manager, I believe. she's helped me twice once for a birthday reward ( I couldn't figure out our log in) and the second time was a messed up order. I came in (12/27/23) my order wasn't correct so I called and was told by a lady to mention her name and I'll get that fixed. I did ask her to write my name down and she insisted to just use her name and they will fix it. I wrote it on the receipt and lost the receipt. I hadn't made it back to this store to have them redo my meal until today and Theresa honored it and did that for me. I understand people lie and don't operate in integrity but I was being honest and I appreciate her."

"Consistently missing dressings, toppings and sauces from this location. The last time this happened we were missing 3 dressings and all of the toppings for our salad and they expected us to drive back 25 minutes instead of getting our salads replaced another day. Definitely some greed and poor customer service at this location."

"We ordered 3 shakes, 2 12 count nuggets, and a tea they gave us the nuggets and told us to pull forward to the parking slot. The entire reason we stopped was because I was thirsty, and they didn’t even give me my tea at the window. We waited 15 minutes and no one came out. I called the store to find out what was going on, they told me they would be right out and they were behind on shakes. Then they did come out five minutes later but they didn’t bring any straws so my husband had to go in and get them. I asked for extra ice and they gave me hardly any ice, and it wasn’t even all the way full which was really weird. So disappointing, something must be wrong with the shake machine because the shakes taste weird not like normal."
