"I found a hair in my double cheeseburger. Meat patties were cold, as exhibited by the cheese that is not melted. Last, but certainly not least, the burger was very sloppily put together. See pics for proof. Please do better mcdonald's. This location has sooo many negative reviews, its obvious nobody cares. Very sad, do not support this location, drive to the next closest location or better yet, don't eat mcdonald's at all."

"Horrible experience here, we were given the wrong order in drive thru and then I had accidentally started eating from the fries before noticing the error...but then the manager says to return the bag..I stated that I had eaten from the fries and they still gave it to the other people behind me whose order it was. So gross..they made me feel like I was a problem when it was their error in giving me the wrong order. Disgusting customer service. I had to pay the difference and was treated very poorly. Burgers had salt on the meat idk if this was done purposely or what happened here. I do not recommend you eat at this location."

"McDonald’s at 4650 Highway 6 People only post a review for really good service or horrible service. I have plenty of time because my order of a large ice coffee that I ordered at 9:14 pm did not get to me until 9:33 pm there were two cars in front of me and 5 cars behind me that all got their food and I’m still waiting on my coffee… 15 mins is very unacceptable to have a customer wait and to make matters worse an employee came to my car after they had me park away from the store to ask me what my order was. While I watched another employee go to spot #1 and spot # 2 with what appeared to be an ice coffee in their hand and literally gave the drink to spot #2 . When said employee returns to give spot #1 their food spot #2 informed said employee that the drink was not theirs as he proceeds to walk across the parking to bring me the coffee. I asked said employee to please bring me another coffee as I watched him give the drink to other two cars and then to me. That is unsanitary. I see that we are not following sanitary protocols. After the Covid scare and learning droplets travel I’m not risking my health over a $3 cup of coffee. McDonald’s please do better. When I informed him that it took 15 mins to get an ice coffee his reply was “ WE ARE BUSY “ By this time no one is in the drive through line or waiting Negative 0 Stars is not an option"

"I like using the McDonald's apps to order food. They offers excellent deals using their app. For example $1.00 Breakfast sandwiches, $1.00 large french fries. You also accumulate points... 6000 points you can use points to order a free happy meal, free Big Mac, or a free Quarter Pounder with Cheese."
