"I came to McDonald’s for fries. While ordering online, I used reward points for a frappe. The drive-thru experience was frustrating – wrong order, eye rolls, and attitude. They sent us to wait, but getting sauce turned into a challenge. The fries were cold and seemed less than a large. I’m not a Karen. Just a pregnant woman who wanted a simple craving fulfilled without the hassle."
"I came to order just 4 pies. The guy who attended me was nice. Although his manager Candy is wearing all black today yelled at him right in front of me. Which was unprofessional for my taste. She asked him “WHAT DO YOU WANT?!” After he had asked her calmly if she could come when she was able to. I just feel like that was very disrespectful toward the employees because I only lasted a few minutes there and one of the managers was already yelling at the employees. What type of work environment is that? Anyway, I hope their teamwork improves. Oh, and the Apple pies were ok."
