"Workers are rude, disrespectful, and always seem to not like their jobs. Majority don’t speak nor understand English very difficult when trying to place an order. They close the doors to the inside when they feel like it regardless if it’s during the day mainly if they get too busy. Always have fountain drink station turned off so for refills you have to go wait in line at front counter. Staff needs better training, HR needs to come in and visit more especially unexpectedly pop up visits preferably! HR need to read and review all complaints by customers and figure out how to address things at the location accordingly and get it in order. Always have a sewer smell at drive thru when talking orders. These are not teenagers working these are adults well in their 30s so no excuses. Plastic has been blended up in a caramel frappe by accident due to unprofessionalism and rushing."
