"Arrived at the drive-thru at 5:55 and waited for 3 minutes without any acknowledgment. We had to call out "Hello" three times before receiving a response. When someone finally did respond, the staff member sounded irritated and unwelcoming. The overall experience was disappointing due to the poor service."

"Ordered 3 apple pies around 5 pm. When I checked the bag 2 apple pies were inside. When I complained I was given an additional strawberry cream pie instead. When I got home a label is attached to the box of the apple pie “BAKED PIE ENJOY BY 1:59 PM 2/21/24 “. This is not good."

"EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE!!!! POSITIVE CHANGES!!! I have been going to this McDonald's for years and have always dreaded the thought of going and after going dreaded my experience. THE EMPLOYEES ARE FANTASTIC AND SINCE THE GRAND REOPENING EVERY VISIT HAS BEEN A GREAT ONE!!! KUDOS TO THE TEAM!!!"

"They need to re train in re hire this whole MC Donald's to many kids playing around with the orders in food the wait times are beyond the meal preps don't have no experience no customer service communication just flat out unaware of the franchise representation so whoever is the regional manager for this division needs to do a revolution of all the employees at this location it's bad the food is not even prepared how it is shown to them one star everything I advise go up to bellire are westimer rd"

"Just stopped by for a little breakfast. The hotcakes were freshly made and so was the hash brown, however they gave me half an egg. I opted out of the sausage so obviously expecting at least a full serving of egg if not more. Other than this my overall experience was not bad."
