"The “owner” is outright rude. I don’t think I have ever experienced such condescending customer service in my life. I don’t even have to give an example because It is evident by the way he responds to the majority of his reviews. Edit: it is obvious that the one lacking common sense is you dude. On your menu there is a section for smoothies and one for coffees. The menu doesn’t imply that the “viet signature COFFEE” is a smoothie. Simply asking if it could be made hot isn’t a crime. The only reason it’s a smoothie is because you add ice and blend it in order to make it a smoothie. The fact is that you have a bad attitude and have absolutely no business being in customer service. You shouldn’t tell people they don’t understand English when your responses are poorly constructed and overwhelmed with bad grammar."
"Our experience at this establishment was an absolute nightmare! My friend and I innocently inquired about the difference between the coffee and signature coffee. His response? "We put coconut powder and syrup and blend it with ice.” My friend expressed a preference for hot coffee, the cashier's response was beyond belief. "It's a smoothie, how can a smoothie be made hot?" he retorted, each word dripping with contempt. And to our disbelief, he proceeded to belittle us in front of other customers, repeating his condescending remarks with an air of superiority. The disrespect didn't stop there. Instead of rectifying the situation, this individual doubled down on his rude behavior, treating us as though we were inconveniencing him by simply being paying customers. It's disgraceful that a local establishment would treat patrons in such a degrading manner. We came to support small businesses, but the sarcastic, disrespectful attitude we encountered was beyond unacceptable. To add insult to injury, this cashier had the audacity to publicly shame us as we left the restaurant, all because of a review left by my friend. When we confronted him about his appalling behavior, he callously waved us off, displaying a shocking lack of professionalism and basic decency. It's truly appalling that someone in the service industry could behave in such a manner. Avoid this establishment at all costs!"
"Really good boba. Lots of fun creative options and fun atmosphere. The banh mi was average. But the boba is excellent."
"Ordered the BBQ chicken Banh Mi, coming from California I would say these are delicious. The bread has the perfect crunch. I also tried the sweet potato fries which had the perfect spicy flavor. Perfect atmosphere to chart and get some work done. Love the decor and fishes. I also have to add that it’s located in a beautiful plaza. Was able to enjoy walking around and was pleasantly surprised of a live performance (till 10 pm) singing classic hits. Great voice btw."
