"Never had a problem with this location until today. Drive-thru, long wait (30 minutes, had to turn vehicle off). They cook to order, which is great but that's a long time considering there was only one other car in line. The cashier did not ask for the card or number for my points. The first time ever, popcorn chicken mild was salty, and the sweet potato fries were greasy and soggy. There is too much going on at the window, and there is no attention to detail or customers. (Unacceptable) Get back on your game, please. I used to love this place."

"The atmosphere here is really cozy, and the music's great. The food's okay, but the tea is consistently below-average. Each order of the same thing tastes different, and not for the better. Some boba pearls were so hard they actually hurt my teeth to chew them. I kept giving this place second chances because it's near my home, but I'm done now. No more."

"I am a regular customer at this location, and tonight i experienced the worst customer service. The manager “little girl” supposedly she was the manager was extremely rude not only that i cane an hour before closing and they ran out of everything. Extremely unprofessional . She even forgot the straws"

"I love their popcorn chicken. They serve it in a paper bag and is seasoned so good. I love the basil they mix in the chicken. Food is Always hot. Their bobas and smoothies are the best. The watermelon juice and coconut smoothie are the best!"

"Just to let you know, the Brown Sugar Milk does NOT come with boba. You have to add it on. The drink I got was the Thai Green Tea with an add on of tapioca pearls. It was good I guess, but the tapioca pearls weren’t soft and they became kinda hard like five minutes in. The Artichoke tea drink is good, but the main thing for that drink is the jelly toppings. The drink itself didn’t have much flavor, but overall I think it was good. And I do NOT think the Lychee Slurpy is good. I tried it, and it tastes like you are just drinking lychee syrup. So sugary for no reason!! Service was alright, but music was a little loud and the cashier was kind of quiet when our order was being taken. Out of all four drinks, I would think the Thai green tea and the Artichoke drink is the best. If you get Brown Sugar Milk, do NOT lessen sugar level unless you want to be drinking 99% milk. And I do NOT recommend the Lychee drink."
