"The Manager in the day shift is on a power trip today-12pm 3/6/2024. As a Uber Eats Driver I don’t mind coming into the restaurant but to basically fight me for an order and demand me to start the delivery in front of her while I’m not in my car buckled up with the food secured and ready to go???? Is crazy as hell. This woman knows she is being rude as well and does not care. If this is a “training” McDonald’s, please train these wanna be police employees. Uber doesn’t make me do that, you don’t get to make up rules to do it either. Then she gave me a bad rating because I told her to let go of the bag. What restaurant is going to hold an order hostage because of their ego? Stay mad lady! I called to get her name and she hung up on me. But I will still be filing a corporate complaint and continuing to pursue action against this woman. You don’t treat people that way. Do better!"

"Never have I had such poor service at a McDonald’s. I use this McDonald’s many times up to 3 times a week for my kids, but I wanted to post this to make sure the leadership of this store knows that the night shift manager on 23rd of February has terrible customer service. I ordered through the app, with proof of order however something happened to order in your system. Rather than trying to help me, the customer, she tried to avoid me and then denied me service. After 45 minutes credit card charged and no food."
