"Never met a shipleys I didn't like and I won't be back here. Kolaches and donuts are made laughably smaller than normal, for the same price. I get it, inflation is hitting everyone --- but this isn't the answer. I'm a regular and never seen another shop doing this."

"Customer service was outstanding, food not so much. Been going for years and always our go-to. Last few times, just not good. The sausage kolaches, the breading was hard like they tasted "day old" and microwaved. Not soft like they used to be. The filled donuts were old and soggy, the filling just fell out of the donut. The regular glazed was ok. We went at 9:30am."
