Whataburger 3313 South Cherry Lane, Fort Worth, TX 76116

"In the last 2 weeks I ate at this location 3 times cause it's super convenient to where I'm temporarily staying. Out of those 3 times my food has been decent 1 time. So I decided to call and make a complaint. Cause each time has been over $12 so Alejandro answers the phone and tells me he is "like" an assistant manager so i explain to him that I ordered the sweet and spicy no onions extra sauce but there were onions on my sandwich which I'm allergic so I left in the fridge at my work place so it probably gor threw in the trash. Well Alejandro says he will need my receipt and the food to remake my order. Not to mention at the beginning of my call I asked was there something wrong with their fry vats cause every time the fries have been disgusting he said "oh we just need to change the oil" he didn't offer an apology until I was disconnecting the phone I think he might have said something about sorry. I will probably not be back at this location."

"Waited 20 minutes. We get our food and fries, and cold burgers are somewhat warm. I ask for jalapeños and I get one jalapeño the size of a dime just one. I paid extra, not cool."

"This is the worst Whataburger in Fort Worth. Period. You only come to this whataburger whenever you want your order to be wrong. Forget having it your way, that mess is for Burger King. Here, you’re having it THEIR way. No mustard? Nah, you’re getting mustard. You don’t like tomato? You’re getting EXTRA tomato. Large Fries and you want REGULAR ketchup? They’ll look you dead in the face and ask you if you want SPICY because they don’t want to go open a new box of ketchup. You could literally type your order out onto a piece of paper and they will still F it up. Are you in a hurry? Prepare to wait!!! Against my better judgement (there was no line) I hit up the drive thru for some fries and shakes, nothing special. Somehow, it took >30 minutes. The gas station nearby is a crackhead hangout, so be ready to be hit up for money. My last visit some lady asked me money in exchange for her ‘services’. I said no, but idk, she was kinda cute, might go back later. I live within walking distance to this whataburger and will drive to the one in Benbrook or to the one in Westworth because the service is horrible and has been for the better part of 20 years or at least as long as I’ve lived near it. Stay away."

"I came thru the drive thru at 8:30pm. Sat there for 15 minutes without the line moving. When we got our food, the burgers were good, but the French fries were overcooked. I expected better quality for the time waited in line."

"The food and service were good but upon arrival and departure it is disheartening to see the American Flag being flown in an upside down position!! The manager was made aware of the situation but refused to take the time out to correct the situation, so my husband got permission to do it. He served in the United States Marine Corps. He ended up having to take the flag down because the eyelet was broken on the rope that raises and lowers the flag. Whataburger will need to fix this before rehanging the flag back up."
