"I had to get an engine replaced for my Ford Explorer. They were quick to find and install it. The engine came with a 2.momth warranty. Upon pickup, the engine started spilling gasoline. The mechanic came and fixed it, so I could drive it off the lot. Then it started spilling oil. My guess is they replaced the engine, but the fuel injectors, and the gaskets/seals had worn out over time in the yard, and needed replacing as well. Luckily, they have a 2 month warranty from the date of purchase. So I took it back, and two weeks later, my Ford Explorer drives like a new car. Even though this was a bit of an experience, I have no complaints with how the service was handled, and is the reason I give them 5 stars."

"I had a customer bring me an HVAC box he had purchased @ speed replacement auto parts. I asked him if it was in working condition he said the sales person told him all the parts were tested on the vehicle before they were removed. I find it awkward testing something with missing parts to make it function properly. The customer called the place to tell him about his experience and of course they denied selling a part that is not in working conditions. They claimed I broke it when I removed the actuator to manually spin the shaft to make sure it spinned. Being a mechanic I know the struggles people go through junk yards when it comes to telling them their parts don't work and to top it off i was verbally insulted by the sales person which I find unprofessional. I kept my calm at all times and tried to put sense into them which was a waste of time. If you want to be a reputable place start by hearing the customers and don't think all used parts are 100% functional."

"Never again, went to buy a "complete" trunk lid but only got the sheet metal, missing lights, wire harness and few other things, owner took off parts in front of me and supposedly sold other parts that were supposed to be included"
