"This location was closed for complete renovation and has reopened. Firstly. They got our order right and it did not take an hour! Big improvement from before. Several of the employees were very nice. And I over heard one employee encouraging the staff. The burgers were prepared well and tasted good. Fries could have beed cooked longer."

"Just left this location, the Taquito was TERRIBLE..One mushed up soggy hashbrown,tiny bit of cheese and some old looking eggs..This location just had a remodel..They need to do something about the quality of the food they served me..I should have took it back and got a refund,but had already got home! It was disgusting. Will NOT visit this location again..If I could rate 0 stars I would!"

"Waited 21 mins on side lane after placing drive thru order to drive off and see instructions were not followed. But came back and made order again better than first time. Thank goodness for management."

"Food cooked good and timely. Person in front of me may have caused issues asking for hasbrowns to be toasted on either side. I asked for spicy kerhcup and was told they didn't have any. Window was shut on me while they put spicy ketchup in another customers bag. I've been going to this place since I was a child. Times are changing and so are the generations. I'm trying to be nice about the event, but it was rude."

"Don’t go this Whataburger it has the worst service in Fort Worth. They are always out of spicy ketchup. Poorly managed, and all them are not capable of doing their job. It took 30 Minutes to get food from time of order. The burgers barely had any toppings and the Pattie’s were overcooked. The French fries were under seasoned and slightly undercooked. I saw two cars leave the line after ordering. My order was for curbside had to go inside after waiting 15 minutes after the arrival time. The Manager treated me after waiting 3 minutes and asked me if I had been helped. After I told her no she walked away. The Manager seemed to be telling everyone what to do instead of teaching them how to do their jobs. Other employees are just standing around doing nothing to help out."
