"The days before Christmas and they have 1 person at the counter. He has no sense of urgency and is working about as slow as he possibly can. The line is taking 20-30 minutes yo get a drip coffee..... Take 1 order. Make one order. Take one order. Make one order....... Perhaps take all the orders quickly then make them would go faster? Group orders for Fraps, drip coffee and food items instead of one at a time. And on his cell phone."
