Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

"15min ticket wait for 1 sandwich inside over 10 orders after mine were fulfilled before I was given a dine in order and then 7 minutes to receive the same order in a bag. No apology for the mistake or wait. Was ignored when I mentioned the wait. Order number 10010 1/5/24"

"Sat I’m line for 20 minutes. Got 2 box combos and only received 3 tenders in one box and 2 in the other. Too expensive to be shorted the food that I paid for. Very disappointed."

"I hate to do this on canes, but the food was absolutely terrible. Number one my one daughter and I ate leftovers last night instead of the 6 piece because the whole order was not delivered. Number 2 my other daughter that had the three piece hot sauce that looked like it was from death. This place is a treat for us. It used to be a weekly thing, but sometimes you have to stop that ha ha so we made it a treat and this absolutely was not a treat. This was horrible. The sauce looks spoiled or diluted or something, and the food was not delivered accordingly, and what we did get, did not taste, right . I’m not want to complain. You could look on my reviews. I told the GrubHub driver something and things are missing and she said oh just go ahead and call them and I’ll give you a refund and she drove off. I tried calling the restaurant itself, and no one answered. Customer service, detail, orientation, and satisfaction along with communication was not in place at all whatsoever in this transaction.. I never want to come here again and I really love this place"

"Raising Canes Chicken is a family favorite for chicken strips, garlic toast and their wonderful Lemonade! This Hulen location is clean and organized and the single stall bathrooms were also well kept and stocked up. We usually go through the drive through, but our kid and our kid’s friend group all love to meet here for dinner before going out on the weekends. They allow them to push tables together to accommodate larger groups and their tolerable of the loudness and obnoxiousness that comes with teenagers lol! Pros: Pro tip - you can totally ask for your Chicken Strips or Crinkle Cut Fries to be cooked extra crispy and they come out extra hot as an extra bonus! They also have the delicious crunchy “Sonic” style ice, so at least get yourself a free ice water cup or get some of that tart Lemonade! My kid loves the Chicken Strips, my husband loves the cold Cole Slaw and Crinkle Cut Fries with their special Canes Sauce and I’m a fan of their Garlic Toast and Lemonade! Something for everyone here, but only a few things for Vegetarian’s. We still recommend Raising Cane’s and their service is a step above other chicken places!"
