"Went in to make an exchange for a couple of items I was gifted by my parents. The sales associate was so rude and unprofessional that I decided to have the money refunded. Refuse to give stores like that my business! Also my mom brought in two purses that she wanted to have retouched (she had done this at another Coach outlet in Houston) and two sales ladies went on how it was just more expensive to have the purses repaired and she should buy new ones. Obviously new sales benefit them. I will be more than happy to modify my review if management reaches out."
