"Ordered two smoothie bowls online. We all know these are pricey. The acai base was watery; wouldn't even freeze. Also, the amount of ingredients were so much less than I have received from other Smoothie King locations. This was awful"

"Compliments to Tina the new manager. She’s doing an excellent job maintaining good customer service. Hailey is one of the staff members and she provides efficiently fast and friendly service. She is very knowledgeable on all the smoothies. Compliments also to two new workers Malik and Keiphan. Great service from them too."

"Great workers and kind, the problem is and not exaggerating, but they keep running out of product and supplies. Bowls, gloves etc…. I understand this happening once, not multiple times. Happened again today. Management is the problem or the owner. Great bowls when I can get one"

"3 star review only for the young ladies that work there and always make my smoothies right. Last few weeks things have been crazy due to new management blenders not working so it takes forever, no napkins, no strawberries for the bowls the other day and i tried to come in yesterday and the store was closed by 4pm? Never happened before. I don't know who's running this store but whoever did it before was better and it was a bad decision to change and i think i'm going to have to choose another King to buy at."

"When you have posted hours of operation you should adhere to those hours. I wasted a trip to this store & it was 15 minutes before closing (8:45pm on Saturday 10/01/2022) & your open sign was still on but the door was locked & no employees were inside. This is definitely no way to run a business to have your employees randomly closing early like this & customers wasting a trip to your store when it's listed as open."
