"Today, I attended a work related event where several large pizzas were purchased for the employees' lunch. Three employees found long strands of black hair in their pizza between the cheese and crust. The whole experience was extremely disturbing and spoiled the conclusion of our team building experience. I will never eat from Papa John's ever again. :("
"Bought a pizza and Oreo bites. Bacon was put under the cheese causing everything to fall apart. Asked for well done was not. Not sliced all the way through. Almost 4 inches of crust. Oreo bites were a waste of money. I worked at a pizza place in the past. Really not that hard if you care. They obviously don’t. Don’t recommend will get my free pizza and not return."
"By far the worst papa johns I've been to. The first time I ordered from them, I tried delivery through their app. They cooked it quick and it left to be delivered, only they never arrived. It shows the driver go back and my order says it's baking again, guess they forgot it or something. 45 minutes later it gets picked up by doordash instead, gets to my house and one of the pizzas is missing sauce on like 1/4 of it. It's hard to mess up that bad on a pizza, but they found a way. Next week, I get a couple in the mail from Papa John's because the last order took so long. This part was nice, large 2 topping pizza on the house. I order it and it takes 45 minutes for them to start baking it, but then a few minutes after it started baking I get a text that it was ready, which seemed a little too fast. I drive down to the restaurant to pick it up and they say that it hasn't been baked yet and to give them 10-15 minutes, so uh why did I get a text saying it was ready? From what the guy there said, a lot of people have been reporting the early texts tonight. What this really means... Somebody there is marking orders as ready before they've even baked them. They cannot cook a pizza on time but still mark the order as ready too early so you can come and wait for it. I'd rather they just text me when it's actually ready but I assume they're faking some metrics or something. Papa was indeed, not in the house this night."
"This was the worst experience I've ever had at a pizza place. The pizza was not even cooked. It was raw dough. I got my food two hours after I ordered. To top it off I didn't get all the wings that i ordered. This was THE Worst experience I've ever had with any pizza place."
