"Ordered through Uber Eats and the driver was at the restaurant before the food was finished. Doritos Locos Taco had barely anything inside it (I did ask for no lettuce but c'mon, there's NOTHING THERE) and they forgot my fire sauce. Only reason it gets 2 stars is because the Baja Blast was immaculate as ever; as though Taco Bell can screw up Baja Blast"
"Weird vibe here. Slowest fast food in town. 16 yr olds run the place. Takes tons of time to get thru the line. Kids are mostly friendly but have zero idea of what customer service is. Very "why am I even here" as an attitude."
"Was informed by the cashier that Taco Bell no longer gives reward points if you pay cash even if you order at the kiosk. The app asked me to manually enter or scany barcode on the receipt which is why I spoke to the cashier. Highly disappointed. To much competition around you guys to be doing this. Highly disappointed and I am made to feel that my money isn't needed or wanted at Taco Bell."
