Reviews of Boo-Rays of New Orleans
"I wanted try Boo-Rays but was very disappointed. I ordered the shrimp fettuccine, when it was brought out you could smell the shrimp. Smelled very fishy and tasted fishy. It was also very greasy. I couldn't even finish the food. I will not be going back. I would rate lower than 1 star if I could."
"January 6th, 2024 BOO-LICIOUS! First but definitely won't be the last time dining here. Food was delicious. Seasoned well, cooked perfectly. Friendly service. Plenty of parking. You can dine downstairs or upstairs-where the bar is located via the stairs or elevator."
"Two story Cajun restaurant in Crowley. The bar is on the second floor table seating for the restaurant is on both floors. The service was not great. Wait staff was friendly but never came back to refill drinks. There is a camera in the game room so you can see any kids in there while eating at the tables on the frost floor, that is neat. There are food options for those going lower carb. But be aware, we subbed out asparagus for fries on a dish and we were given only two spears of asparagus which was not much."
"We met family from San Antonio here for dinner. The place is two level with dining and bar upstairs as well. It looks like a Louisiana style building outside but not really inside. However that doesn't matter because the food is delicious. The servers were friendly and the food didn't take too long to come out. It's a spacious place you can eat in peace. This is great for the town of Crowley. We'll be back."
"Our server, Kat, was nothing short of perfect. She was attentive, friendly, and genuine. From the moment we sat down she made us feel not only welcome, but wanted. She was spot on with her recommendations and was quick to bring us anything we needed and asked for. As for the food, it was a religious experience. Everything was seasoned just right, cooked just right, and tasted authentic to true cajun roots. The fried alligator came highly recommended and rightfully so. The tartar sauce was the best I’ve ever had. Both fried shrimp and the shrimp Alfredo were 10/10. It’s great to be able to find a genuine Cajun atmosphere in the DFW area all for under $50."
