"I ordered a caramel macchiato and got the wrong drink. It usually comes with the whipped cream on top and the caramel on top of that. She had the caramel and some white liquid at the bottom of it don't know what it is. She even tried to argue with me that the drink comes like that when I've been ordering this drink for several years at different locations and it's always been the same except here I will never go back."

"I order an oat milk shaker espresso and a seperate cup of ice. This is what it came in and looks like I’ve never had this problem before at any other place. Even when pouring it over ice the drink doesn’t reach the top?! It taste like there isn’t even oat milk in it"

"I'm editing this from 4 stars to 1. This employee was absolutely the rudest I've ever encountered. She yelled "ma'am" to get my attention and rolled her eyes at me, started preparing my drink and incorrectly. Then she threw it out aggressively and rolled her eyes again. The second time around, she asked me "that's how much milk you wanted?!" With loads of derision, and then proceeded to tell me some long Starbucks name that I could have used when ordering. (I ordered espresso, milk and ice). I said thanks for letting me know, and she turned away and yelled "you'd make it a lot easier for us!" It's not my job to make coffee easier for you. It's your job and that's what you get paid for. Nobody needs that kind of attitude in decent society. It's especially ironic because Starbucks tries to act like they are the inventors of coffee and then force customers to rename classic Italian espresso. *Sigh*"

"Had ordered an Iced Venti Shaken Espresso with vanilla sweet cream since they ran out of Cold Brew. I think they gave me sweet cream cold foam instead of vanilla sweet cream. The Espresso has a similar taste except it has a bit more bitterness to it without some sugar. Only had like 20 minutes to sit in before closing. Otherwise it was nice and enjoyed the drink. "Yup it’s a quality Starbucks location. The drive thru moves quickly and the staff is clearly well trained in customer service. The place is packed sometimes but they’ve figured out how to make the coffee flow quickly! The sitting area is smaller than other locations but still would be acceptable at off peak times."
