"Service was slow as far as taking our order. We pressed the button and saw two other people who pulled up after us leaving with their food already. We then pressed the button again and our order was taken immediately. I'm unsure whether this was an error or if we were being punked. Regardless, the food came out quick once we ordered and everything was made (mostly) correctly. The food was all hot including the fries & tots. Would eat here again for sure."

"Jaylon “(I think that’s his name)” was amazing. He was patient with me when my card was not going through. He offered to pay. I refused and asked him to run it again. It went through of course but it’s the genuineness of the whole interaction! We’ll definitely be returning!"

"The last 3 times I've been there have been bad, i wont go back for a while if at all. First time, half my fries were old, cold, and rock hard and my burger was cold. Second time, I ordered on the app (1 drink and 1 blast) and checked in when I got there. 10 minutes later (with only 1 other vehicle in the lot) they bring my drink out and said the blast machine was being cleaned so they offered something else. Third time another 10 minutes after check in (1 car before me and 2 after) they bring my food. I ordered fries and received old and cold tots and the burger was barely room temp. I work 5 minutes down the road so it's not like I had a 30 minute drive for the food to be cold. Not to mention when I order on the app I add extra sauces and every single time they have to go back inside to bring my sauce. When you order mozz sticks you're supposed to get sauce with it and it's never in the bag either."

"We rarely get ice cream but tonight it sounded good. First, we waited for about five minutes at the window while we watched the workers play on phones and talk to each other. Then, we ordered and paid for extra toppings and they had nothing in the bottom 2/3 of the ice cream. This location always has horrible service. We will not be back and we live across the street."

"I normally don’t do reviews but my wife brought home food from here. The order was incorrect but more importantly the chili coney I ordered the hot dog was not cooked and there was also two hot dogs instead of one. Please get new management, if I ate more, would have gotten food poisoning. The meat was complete pink and not cooked at all. Unacceptable for such a big franchise, I will be calling a health inspector."
