Reviews of Dutch Bros Coffee
"The 3 stars is for the few night crew employees that I tend to Interfere with maybe once or twice a week. I typically order 2 drinks one for the moment & another for the next morning. I was advised by one of the lovely night employees that unfortunately I only see 2-3 times a week (but knows my order by heart already) that I should order a deconstructed drink so that it tastes good for the next day & not watered down & ever since then I’ve been doing so, one for the moment & the deconstructed one for the morning. But the past 2 nights I’ve seen new, not so friendly faces & when I order the way I was advised they seem to be confused so I then explain & I guess they figure it out but they DONT fill the cup all the way if I order a LARGE why are you giving me a Large cup with a service size of a MEDIUM !?!? I’m not paying for a medium & that isn’t what I asked for. & when I question there doings they tell me I have to order it a specific way which makes no sense cause the day crew seem to know what I’m talking about!?!? Employees need to be trained together or something cause lately I’ve been getting different versions of the same order & it’s annoying…"
"Horrible experience, worst Dutch bros I’ve ever been too. I decided to try this new location because it’s so close to my house. Staff was rude and my coffee was watered down. Will never come back, very sad to see such a new businesses employees burned out"
"Message to owner or management: I ordered a Large Golden Eagle and it was flavorless, very oddly not only not sweet at all but also tasted like an old drip coffee. I returned after leaving to ask about it and waited at the menu board. The girl who attended me seemed bothered...I was friendly, but let her know this was my regular drink at the Skinner location and it was definitely tasting not up to par. She replies, "Well, when you order a large, we still just add the regular amount of espresso and flavorings, so it might taste a little bitter." To clarify, I asked if she meant they add the same ratio of flavorings from a medium size to a large. She seemed bothered and confirmed yes. She offered to remake it, I said yes please! Then she returned to the window and asked, "What if I just give you the flavorings in a little cup and you can add it." I asked for it to be remade instead because she said she'll "Just add some more" to a little cup", and I explain that I don't want it mishmoshed together.. Thinking...I paid $8 for this drink.. Who knows what it will taste like.. How can they not adjust the recipe accordingly from a MD to a LG? I'm hoping they just got it incorrect but when I asked how to make my LG taste like a MD she straight faced unfriendly told me to order it "Extra Sweet.". I don't want my drink extra sweet, I just want it remotely sweet and consistent, I'm thinking this might backfire. I haven't been back, but this needs to be addressed by the owner please as I'd think a new customer who tries one of the sweetest/ most popular drinks on the board will not be pleased with the terrible taste. Staff needs training. Friendly guy came to give me my drink and I appreciated his good vibe!"
"This is my favorite Dutch Bros location! They always get everything right, from the coffee skills to the customer service experience. Mason is an awesome guy! He makes grabbing a quick coffee an unforgettable and joyful time!"
"Very friendly staff. Cannot order at the menu board – you have to pull up an order at the actual drive-through. If it gets too busy, staff will come outside and take your order in line. Very small selection of coffees - can be served iced, hot or blended. Other drinks besides coffees available."
