IHOP

"Food was lukewarm since waitress left it in the kitchen whilst waiting on 4 other tables. No apologies. $12 omelettes should be served hot. So of course, before I could get halfway through it, it was too cold to eat. Pancakes equally cold. More than $4 for a glass of orange juice. Customers at the table behind me also complained and their meals were comped. Pretty restaurant! Dirty silverware (left over food coated each utensil). There was time to mute the music and have a staff meeting including a very loud sermon. Seems priorities are out of alignment. Overall just poorly managed."

"I didn’t have the best experience but it wasn’t the worst. It’s definitely something I wouldn’t talk highly about on the way home. I went with my best friend to enjoy a nice hot meal together. It started when we walked in the hostess was pretty rude. He clearly didn’t want to be there didn’t even fake a smile or do the bare minimum and asked in a harsh and uninterested way how he can help us. We went to our table and it wasn’t the cleanest. I had to request another syrup pitcher because the other one wasn’t even wiped off! It was super gross and empty I felt like I shouldn’t have had to say anything but clearly it isn’t protocol. Other than the not so well service our waiter was the only one with a smile on her face despite the horrible gloom in the air. The food was nice though and I enjoyed my little treat. Wouldn’t recommend the seasonal fruit though not enough bang for your buck."

"It really sucks that this place charges astronomical prices for food but gives you bare minimum. Not even half a cup of gravy. Then charge you the price of a whole 1lb of bacon for 4 slices. Don't even get me started on the eggs, smdh. Then on top of the prices, the gravy had no flavor and everything else was cold. The pancakes were edible atleast.."

"Very clean updated restaurant. Service was fast, friendly and accommodating. You can never go wrong with breakfast here. Fairly priced meals and adequate portions. Try the pancakes fluffy and good"

"We had Ana tonight who was so sweet and did a great job! She did the best she could with what she was given and is honestly way too good for this place. This review is about everything else. Our table was really gross and had obviously not been cleaned. That was not that bad but then our food came out cold and was really gross. Our orders were also done wrong but the ticket was exactly as we ordered (meaning the cook was oblivious). The cook didn’t even know how to make a crepe and so our waitress had to. That was the sweetest thing, but overall this really was a terrible experience. Our waitress was set up for failure as was the entire restaurant as this place hired a guy that doesn’t know how to cook and then left him to his own devices. Really sad and I hope new management comes in or something because this place won’t stay open at this rate. I mean, I know this is an IHOP but this is really pathetic even for them. Do not come. Go to a Waffle House or eat a can of spaghettios."
