"I think I am blown away by the fact that I have to replace sugar for sugar free and it is an extra 2-3 dollars. Starbucks has no sugar free drink options but charge their customers to make accommodations to the drinks. I ordered a regular drink and asked for sugar free vanilla instead of regular vanilla and the price increased to an additional 2 dollars."

They greet you when you walk in and also tell you goodbye when you leave. However, the real STAR of the show is Tyra. She learned my name within a couple of visits, and now greets me by that every time she sees me. She's memorized my order, and makes it PHENOMENALLY every single time.
