"The worst place ever. I have to wait 10 min at the speaker to placed my order and then wait in line another 18 min in line when finally got at the window I have to wait another 5 min to be able to pay but apparently they don’t have cash to break $100 bill when my order was $27 just cause they think they don’t have enough change They don’t even check the drawers to see if they have change . At the end I waste my time my gas to receive a poor customer service"

"I did NOT get anything because apparently the app deals for breakfast rolled over to the lunch deals while I was on my way there, well before it was even lunchtime(10 am). They were not even starting lunch yet and refused to accommodate whatsoever at the register. Glad the app for the McDonald's nextdoor works properly."

"I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here. Waited 15 minutes in Drive through before getting to the window. I ordered the $5 Biggie bag with a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger. I haven’t had Wendy’s in years and that is my favorite burger. The burger was cold, the bun looked like it was microwaved, the tomato was frozen, the cheese was cold and in pieces and the lettuce was old and soggy. I was in a hurry to pick up my kids from school so I couldn’t go inside, but this place needs a change of management or something. Do not come here!!!!!"

"Missing several items. Mobile order took a long time even though is was only 5 $5 bags and was ordered ahead. Waited 45 minutes through drive thru because lobby was closed. Fries tasted like cardboard. Burgers cold. Employees abstained from any form of interaction. Just horrible food, service, etc. Quality and quantity were off here. Plus their phone is disconnected so I can’t even call to ask for a refund or for it to be re-made. Sauces were wrong. One drink only partially filled. Missing one order of nuggets and another of fries. I waited 45 minutes to only get a partially filled, incorrect order and zero courtesy."
