"horrible management . i ordered a triple shot over ice with whipped cream & was charged for x3 single shots instead of the triple shot button (more expensive to be charged for 3 single shots then the triple shot itself… i am a former dunkin employee) the manager took my order & when i questioned my order being $7 she said “yes ma, we charge for everything”. she handed me my receipt … $5.37 for x3 single shots & $1.50 for whipped cream . it’s funny cuz i actually went in asking about a job a few days prior & she completely low-balled me w the hourly pay when they could clearly use the help from a ex dunkin employee that knows what she is doing :) the rest of the staff ive come into contact w are so kind & i feel bad they have to deal with the yelling manager who shames her employees in front OF CUSTOMERS! so unprofessional ."
"New Dunkkin' Donuts. Has come to Katy I am overjoyed. This is close to home This place is so nice the people are professional And ready to help you. The place is really clean and excited to buy their new cups very soon. I will be coming back soon. They also have sitting areas inside and outside. It's a very cool place to hang out."
"Supposedly, it’s a brand new location however, they have a lot of bugs to work out. Try again in a few weeks. People taking orders don’t understand what they really have and don’t know how to work the computers. And their system to make orders filling boxes with donuts is terrible. I’ll come back cause it’s probably just a first day opening issue"
"First there was the language barrier, then the coffee donut was dry and stale. Especially for early morning. Coffee was watered down and had coffee grinds. Music was extremely loud. Since it a new location , it was still clean. I will give it a second chance in the future, once they get it right!"
"Ordered ahead on the app and picked up inside. Doughnut and sandwich were hard like they were stale and had been sitting out, the sandwich was basically inedible, hash browns were burnt. The employees were nice but the number of mistakes made in a simple order is inexcusable. So disappointing."
