"I entered the store, they looked me as if I was bothering them. I placed my order (which was made incorrectly) and didn’t get a thank you. The crew that I’m talking about worked in 2/7 at 5:30 pm. Horrible service. They need training on customer service!"

"I ordered two venti americanos, and they gave me one venti and one grande. When I told the girl it was two venti sizes, she took the grande and gave me another venti cup, which they just poured into a bigger size"

"I asked for two large cappuccino. I couldn’t see the name of the person but I went today at 5:40 am. It was a men. I asked for Sugar because I forgot to order it but no big deal is just sugar something you can pick it up and give to the costumer. So he came with a passive aggressive comment like hey! Do you know you can ask for sugar back there And I can have it ready for you and I reply to him saying sorry I just forgot to ask for it and he keep saying the same and he was like hmm yes you have to ask for sugar with your order. So Ok, I said sorry to him one more time and left but when I was ready for taste my coffee, I realize the cup is not heavy so I opened the cup and its all cream. so I payed 5$ for a large cup of cream and a topping of coffee? And you were complaining because I didn’t ask for sugar? Come on dude! So yeah, 1start for you because I payed for 2large cappuccinos and received 2larges cups of cream. Btw there was no rush, I was the only one at that moment in the drive tru."

"Like any Starbucks. The AC is blasting to keep your mind focused on the task at hand. Buying coffee and getting things done. Efficient staff as of June 2018. Appears pretty clean. They could benefit from someone coming out more often to clean up and sweep. Bathrooms are generally clean unless someone with a vendetta against humanity goes in there and gets wild.
