"I’ve been going here since we moved to Houston Texas because it’s close by , but the customer service is really bad that I drive to a different location for respect and better service. I ordered 2 Big Mac and got 1 after getting home. No good communication skills with the language barrier."

So I ask at the window and this woman puts 1 single sweet and sour sauce in there for 30 nuggets Y’all wanna charge for extra sauces but I ain’t even get the amount I should’ve and best believe I will get so many extra sauces next time Even if I don’t need them"

"The location was clean and neat. They have a lot of employees, but service is a little off due to them falling all over each other. They tend to forget a few things on your order, but they don't give you a and time about it when you go back for the correct item."

"I have been going to this McDonald’s for several years now considering it’s the closest to my house. I’ve never had an issue with missing or cold food. But the reason for this review is for David at the drive thru…every time I go he always greets me with a smile and such nice attitude overall. This guy right here deserves a raise! Thank you David for always ending my days with a smile when I pick up my son’s happy meal after a long day at work!"

"Attention Manager: the girl on duty Nov 12, 2022 at 11:30 am was great! We stopped in for a quick bite before our busy errand day. The girl was very clean looking, dressed well (nice tuck to her uniform), kind, helpful, ran our food to our table (literally ran), got us sauces, wiped tables around us and never stopped. She smiled the entire time and really made our experience great (not that we were expecting much to begin with honestly). The food was fresh and hot, the restaurant was clean and they have multiple seating options. The 5 stars goes to your worker bee. She really stepped up the energy in your store. Hire more people like this. That girl deserves a raise! Way to go, girly!"
